Buying or Selling a Property in Terwillegar Towne and South Terwillegar

A FEW THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW

Some (not all) properties lie within the boundaries of the Terwillegar Towne Homeowners Association.

Every property within these boundaries is a mandatory member of the TTHOA. On each title is registered an encumbrance securing an annual rental charge, and a caveat protecting architectural controls and guidelines.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF EACH PROPERTY OWNER TO ENSURE THE RENTAL CHARGES ON THEIR PROPERTY ARE PAID AND THE ARCHITECTURAL CONTROLS AND GUIDELINES ARE ADHERED TO. It is prudent for a buyer to verify the encumbrance and caveat status on any intended purchase. Failure to do so may result in the new property owner assuming any outstanding account balance and liabilities towards violated architectural controls and guidelines once title has been transferred.

The annual rental charge for the 2014 calendar year is $100 + GST = $105. This charge is set at the Annual General Meeting.
